He has been UMSH’s Executive Chairman since 1988. He was one of the founders of UMS Holdings Berhad (UMS) while the company was still Syarikat Union Motor Supply, a partnership formed in 1941. His business acumen and experience of more than 50 years have contributed to the success of UMSH.

The son of Mr Ng Geok Tian @ Ng Chin and the brother of Ng Seng
Huat, he is the managing director of UMSH since 1981. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Possessing a wealth of accounting experience, he is a Fellow member of the Chartered Association of the Certified Accountants from the United Kingdom and also a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from United Kingdom. Mr Ng is currently the Executive Director of MKS Sdn Bhd,

The brother of Mr Ng Geok Tian @ Ng Chin. he currently is the Deputy Managing Director of UMSH and has been in the Board since 1988. With more than 40 years of knowledge and experience in this industry, he is instrumental in creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers both locally and overseas. He currently holds directorships in certain UMSH subsidiary companies.

Mr Ng Sing Kun @ Ng Seng Kuon has been the Finance Director of the Company since 1988. He manages the financing activities of UMSH. With many years of experience in the banking industry, he is able to build a good relationship with local banks. He currently holds directorship in certain subsidiary companies within UMSH.

He holds the position of Engineering Director in UMSH since 1988. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya, he joined UMS group in 1981.

He currently oversees the engineering activities of UMSH. Mr Ng currently holds directorship in certain UMSH subsidiary companies and several other private limited companies.

Encik Noordin is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since 1995 and is the chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

A graduate from the Royal Melbourne Institute Technology School of Accountancy, he is a member of the Australian Society of Accountants. Encik Noordin began his career as a Senior Administration Officer in Bank Negara and quickly rose up through the ranks to top management positions. In the course of his career, he has held many top management positions, notably in financial institutions. Currently he is the Director of ASM Asset Management Sdn Bhd and also holds directorship in a few private limited companies.

Mr Ng Peng Huah, is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since 1995. He is a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

A graduate of the Western Australian Institute of Technology, Perth, Australia, he is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Mr Ng has worked for the Public Works Department of Perth, Western Australia and Associated Motor Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, a motor assembly plant for Ford vehicles. Other positions which he has held include Finance Director/Company Secretary for Harris Semiconductor (M) Sdn Bhd, Harris Advanced Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Harris Corporation Florida, USA and Franklin Group of Companies).
